At Seiko Watches, we stand by the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces, offering a 30-day return window for all unworn watches in their original packaging. We ensure a seamless exchange process to help you find the perfect addition to your collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch, original warranty card, and all manual booklets back into the Seiko presentation box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
