We offer a 30-day return policy. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags, stickers, and protective plastics intact to qualify for a full refund.

Do Seiko watches come with a warranty?

Yes, all our Seiko watches come with a 3-year limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects and internal movement issues.

Can I have the watch band resized before shipping?

To ensure the best fit, we recommend having your watch resized by a local jeweler. Please note that watches with resized or removed links cannot be returned.
